Satisfaction Guarantee:
We guarantee that the performance of our products meets our stated claims. No guarantee of performance is made for novel or unknown applications of our products. We will replace free of charge any product that does not meet Genemed's claims.

Shipment of Merchandise:
All orders are shipped by Federal Express Standard Overnight service unless otherwise specified. Shipping instructions of our customers are followed according to the Original Purchase Order. Shipping charges are prepaid F.O.B. South San Francisco, CA and are added to the invoice. If a partial shipment is accepted by the customer, a separate shipping charge will be added to the invoice.

Terms of Payment:
Terms of payment are net thirty days from the date of shipment. A 1.5% service charge per month is added for accounts over 30 days.

Returns:
Please call before returning any products for refund, credit or replacement. NO return will be accepted without proper authorization.

Conditions:
1. Nothing disclosed in the agreement is to be construed as a recomendation to use our products in violation of any patents. Genemed can not be responsible for patent infringements or other violations that occur with the use of our products.

2. We reserve the right to change prices or alter packaging at any time with out prior notification.
