GET5'-Need the 5'-end of your mRNA?
Provide us with 10-50 µg of high-quality Total RNA, and we'll do the rest:
  • Random priming and Oligo-d(G) tailing
  • PCR enrichment for 5' end mRNA
  • Directional cloning into pBi-Seq Vector
  • cDNA library delivery (=1 X 108 cfu at =75% recombination rate)

GETTotal-Get high quality, custom cDNA libraries from small quantities of Total RNA.
Provide us with 10-50 µg of high-quality Total RNA, and we'll do the rest:
  • Oligo-d(T) priming and Oligo-d(G) tailing
  • PCR enrichment for full-length mRNA sequence
  • Directional cloning into pBi-Seq Vector
  • cDNA library delivery (=1 X 108 cfu at =75% recombination rate)

GETLarge Custom Service (>3-9 kb):
Provide us with gene-specific PCR primers, and we'll do the rest:

Screening:

  • PCR screening of our Human GETLarge Full-Length cDNA Panel (=30)
Cloning:
  • Directional cloning into pBi-Seq Vector
  • One-pass sequencing from 5' and 3' ends
  • Clone delivery (i.e., plasmid, cell culture, or plate)

CUSTOM SERVICES FOR GENE EXPRESSION PROFILING Custom Profiler Arrays
A maximum of 384 genes can be printed on a single nylon membrane. Oligonucleotides or cDNAs can be printed on the membrane and spotted in any desired format. With each order, 50 custom array membranes are provided. Ready-to-spot cDNA or oligonucleotides are acceptable to submit for spotting.
